The Workforce Learning Link provides adult learners instruction in reading, writing, and math; communication; financial literacy; job search; and employability and life skills and are available at One-Stop Career Centers and community-based sites throughout the state.
The Workforce Learning Link is designed to deliver workforce training programs and services directly to welfare registrants, dislocated workers and other job seekers. Using digital television technology, streaming video, computer software, the Internet and print materials, the Workforce Learning Link provides interactive training services that allow participants to address individual employment-related issues at their own pace.

Aztec Learning System is used to prepare students for higher levels of education, improve job performance, provide alternative means of education for adults and non-traditional students, and ultimately help people realize thier potential and meet their educational goals. - Mavis Beacon
Mavis Beacon is a dynamic and versatile typing instruction program that adapts to individual student needs at all levels. Students can improve their keyboarding speed and accuracy through customized lessons, speed tests and progress reports, dictation practice, and more. - Professor Teaches
Professor Teaches is an “office” tutorial that provides basic instruction in Microsoft Office programs Word, Excel and Outlook. Each application is a separate tutorial teaching beginning to advanced features of Office XP and Windows. - Reading Horizons
Reading Horizons is an interactive computer courseware program developed for adults by HEC Software Inc. Combining basic phonetic reading skills with the latest technology, the program is designed for independent student use, especially for non-readers. - Rosetta Stone
The Rosetta Stone Language Library is a computer-based program that teaches new languages the way we all learned our native languages. It requires no memorization, no translation, and no grammar drills. It uses only the voices of native speakers and thousands of vivid, real-life photographs picturing real-life objects, actions and ideas.
