| The School Approval unit of the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development works in conjunction with the NJ Department of Education to evaluate and approve private vocational schools that wish to operate within New Jersey's workforce readiness system. There are a number of websites for instructors and students to use in and out of the classroom. These resources are free and can be accessed from any computer with Internet access. Students can access online resources and practice tests to help increase their basic literacy skills and work toward getting their GED.
