OSCAR-Calcs is a PC-based software package which addresses the most common date and arithmetic functions that arise during the course of a workers’ compensation case.
Since its initial release in December, 2007, a number of comments and suggestions have been received from Judges of Compensation as well as members of the workers’ compensation bar.

OSCAR-Calcs 2013 incorporates the 2013 minimum and maximum rate changes.

The March 19, 2013 revision to OSCAR-Calcs corrects errors in calculations of Section 40 settlements under certain circumstances and adds the WC Research Manual Link.

The May 1, 2013 revision to OSCAR-Calcs corrects the print function for the  Partial Total Calculation, Rates Listing and Schedule of Disabilities

Important: You should download and print the "OSCAR-Calcs Installation Reference" below, prior to downloading the full software version.
