If you have already filed an unemployment insurance claim and would like to know the date and amount of your latest check, the remaining balance on your unemployment claim, or the total amount of benefits paid to you during a particular tax year, that information is available 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday (including holidays) by calling the automated claim information system.
