Temporary Disability Insurance Web Services
If you have not signed in using your User ID/Password since November 1, 2014, your account has been deleted for security purposes. If your account has been deleted, you will need to click on the “First time user? Click Here” button on the bottom of the sign in page to create a new account.
If you have filed a claim for State Plan Temporary Disability or Family Leave Insurance you will be able to see and print some basic claim information for any claim you filed in the past 1,000 days. Available information includes:
- Claim Status
- Entitlement Details
- Payment History
- Payment Status
Information is up-dated daily and is available from 7am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, including holidays.
Additional information regarding your eligibility and payment status can also be found on the Notice of Determination, check stubs and other documents mailed to you.
