
Appeals - Disability During Unemployment
If you disagree with a Disability During Unemployment determination regarding the claimant's separation from employment and wish to appeal, you must do so in writing within ten days from the date the decision was mailed.
If a claimant disagrees with a determination of Disability During Unemployment benefits and wishes to appeal, he or she may do so in writing within ten days from the date the decision was mailed. However, if a claimant disagrees with a demand for refund of benefits, he or she may do so in writing within 24 days of the date of mailing.
