TRENTON, May 1, 2012 – Commissioner Harold J. Wirths of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development testified before the Senate Budget and Appropriations Committee today. Commissioner Wirths reviewed the department’s initiatives to put New Jersey back to work, along with anti-fraud measures that are helping to bring the Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund back to solvency.
