WAYNE, June 29, 2011 _ Commissioner Harold J. Wirths of the state Department of Labor and Workforce Development spoke about linking job-seekers with employers today before a crowd of business owners and workforce development professionals who attended the Passaic County Business Leadership Breakfast Roundtable held at William Paterson University.
