Aaron Fichtner, assistant commissioner of Labor Planning & Analysis (right) stands with Thomas A. Bracken, president and CEO of the N.J. Chamber Of Commerce. Fichtner noted during his speech that the Department of Labor is working to be more responsive to businesses and make the cost of doing business in New Jersey more affordable. The New Jersey Chamber of Commerce event was held at Forsgate Country Club, in Monroe.
