On Saturday, March 12, 2011, Lieutenant Governor Kim Guadagno, joined by Deputy Commissioner Richard E. Constable, III, participated in the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey town hall discussion, “Improving Economic Development Outcomes in New Jersey’s African American Community.”

The Lieutenant Governor shared her interest to connect with the African American community and businesses, and Deputy Commissioner Constable participated on the Economic Development panel.
