Literacy for Braille

For years it appeared that with all of the emerging technology the use of Braille as a reading and correspondence tool for individuals who are blind was a thing of the past. There has been a recent resurgence of this very useful tool and the panel explored how it’s become so prominent in the lives of the people who use it.
