Purpose
To notify subject employers of the calendar quarters for which we have not received forms NJ-927 (Employer's Quarterly Report) and WR-30 (Employer Report of Wages Paid). (See Form)

Use
This notice will be mailed to employers three times a quarter, if any NJ-927 or WR-30 delinquencies exist. A "D" is printed in the block that pertains to the form and the quarter and the year of the delinquency.
Use by Employer
File forms NJ-927 and WR-30 that are shown as delinquent on Form CS-156, or complete and return Form CS-156.
