
The Electronic Reporting Requirements for the " Employer's Quarterly Report," and “Employer Report of Wages Paid,” Have Changed.
For all calendar quarters subsequent to the quarter ending December 31, 2008, all employers are required to file the "Employer's Quarterly Report" and “Employer Report of Wages Paid,” WR-30, via electronic transmission in a form and manner prescribed by the Division of Revenue (DOR), within the Department of Treasury. The "Employer's Quarterly Report" includes forms NJ927, NJ927W and NJ927H. Electronic means includes, but not limited to, secure file transfer protocol (SFTP) or DOR's online web application.
Furthermore, the regulations require the payment of the contribution due on the "Employer's Quarterly Report" to be remitted via electronic means, which includes, but is not limited to, electronic funds transfer (EFT) or other internet methods.
