Non-Financial Agreements

In order to do business with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (LWD), a company who is regulated by the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, must have a current Non-Financial Agreement on file with LWD.

If your company has a current license and registration with the Division of Consumer Affairs, and you would like to post job openings or work with LWD, please complete the Non-Financial Agreement below:
   Non-Financial Agreement 
and mail with an original signature to the:
   Private Agency Coordinator
New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development
P.O. Box 055, 7th Floor
Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0055

In order to operate as a private agency, temporary help service firm, executive search firm, or to provide out-placement services in the State of New Jersey, a company must be licensed and registered with the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Consumer Affairs.

The statutes governing Employment Agencies (N.J.S.A. 34:8-43 et seq.) apply whether your office is located within New Jersey or not.
